She chairs Liberty’s Climate Council, a working group that oversees and coordinates efforts to transition the business to a low carbon economy. Rakhi is guiding the implementation of the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Disclosures (TCFD) at Liberty.

From 2008-2024, he served as a corporate sustainability and responsibility executive at Visa Inc., the global payments leader, including as the company’s inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer.
